International Orders:

FREE Shipping only applies to locations within the 48 contiguous states within the U.S.

Orders to HI, AK or any other Country worldwide are classified as International Orders and require additional freight, duties and/or tax fees; therefore NGC Industries Inc., charges an additional $10.00 processing fee for International Orders.

Any Trial Offers or Next Day shipping options are not available for International Orders.

PO Box or APO deliveries:

Sorry, the shipping services we use require a physical address, so we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO’s.

Returns

No Hassle Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with Lo-Bak TRAX within 90 days from the original purchase date, you may return it to our corporate headquarters for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping charges. The purchaser is responsible to pay all shipping and handling charges to return the device to our corporate headquarters. The device must be returned to us in its original box, with the original instruction manual and instructional DVD, with no damage to the device or any of its parts or accessories beyond normal wear for age. If the device is returned incomplete as outlined above, or the condition of the device is deemed to be damaged or to have excessive wear, or the device arrives after the 90 day expiration date, a refund WILL NOT be issued and the device will be returned to you at our expense.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not apply to Sale, Special or Discounted Offers. We have a No Return policy on all sale, special or discounted offers.

You must include a copy of your original purchase receipt and refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.

Quality Guarantee

Lo-Bak TRAX is a quality built product that should last the user a lifetime with normal intended use. If it should break during, normal intended use, please contact our customer service department for a full replacement.

The purchaser will be responsible for mailing the broken device back to our corporate headquarters at their expense, before a replacement will be issued to determine if it was a defect with, normal intended use and before a replacement will be issued. The purchaser must present the original purchase order number when contacting customer service.

This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser, and replacements will only be shipped to the original purchaser.
